A graduate of the National Holistic Institute, with additional certifications in aromatherapy, stretch therapy, and cupping, I specialize in therapeutic massage for pain management and anxiety relief. Each session is tailored to meet your individual needs — whether that’s seeking to ease chronic tension, calm your nervous system, or find a quiet moment of peace.
