The Wellness Technique provides mobile and in-studio massage therapy services, wellness products, and digital gift cards. All services, products, and content are subject to availability and may change without notice.

Appointments & Payments

All prices are listed in U.S. dollars. Full payment is required at the time of booking or purchase unless otherwise specified. Appointments are not confirmed until payment has been successfully processed.

Cancellations & Rescheduling

Appointments must be canceled or rescheduled within the designated cancellation window (as stated during booking) to avoid fees. Late cancellations or missed appointments may be subject to a cancellation fee or forfeiture of the session.

Mobile Services

Clients are responsible for providing a safe, clean, and accessible space for the session. A small open area is required to accommodate the massage table. The Wellness Technique reserves the right to decline or discontinue a session if the environment is deemed unsafe or unsuitable.

In-Studio Sessions

In-studio appointments take place in a private, professional setting. Clients are expected to arrive on time. Late arrivals may result in a shortened session to respect scheduling.

Health & Intake Requirements

Clients are required to complete an intake form prior to their session and disclose any relevant health conditions. The Wellness Technique reserves the right to refuse service if massage therapy is not appropriate for a client’s condition.

Gift Cards

Gift cards are non-refundable and cannot be redeemed for cash. They may be used toward any eligible service and must be presented at the time of booking or service. Lost or stolen gift cards are not guaranteed to be replaced.

Products (Nasal Diffusers & Wellness Items)

All product sales are final. Due to the nature of wellness products, returns or exchanges are not accepted unless the item arrives damaged or defective. If there is an issue with your order, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery.
